The Commission Process
From Inquiry to Installation.
A disciplined six-stage process — from initial consultation through commissioning and handover.
Performance goals assessment. Primary use determination (strength, conditioning, recovery, hybrid). Simultaneous user requirements. Estate architectural context review.
Spatial requirement analysis. Equipment footprint evaluation. Recovery integration planning. Recommendation of appropriate pavilion tier (Studio, Pavilion, or Club).
Equipment preference identification. Clearance analysis. Structural load coordination. Preliminary spatial allocation. Test fit layout drawing issued for approval.
Architectural detailing. Material selection. Integrated storage planning. Electrical coordination. Final documentation.
Precision modular construction. Factory quality control. Systems integration. Pre-delivery inspection.
On-site assembly. Equipment layout coordination. Systems testing. Final walkthrough and handover.
The AUREUM process ensures architectural restraint, performance clarity, and disciplined scope control prior to fabrication release.

Lives Transformed.
"The Recovery Suite changed my daily rhythm entirely. Sauna at 6am, cold plunge, then back inside. I haven't been to a spa in eight months — I don't need to."
"We were skeptical a shipping container could look this considered. The walnut millwork, the lighting — guests assume it was designed by an architect. It was."
"I prescribe cold exposure and heat therapy to my patients. Having my own recovery suite means I practice what I recommend. The evidence for contrast therapy is compelling."
"I run retreats from my Wellness Sanctuary. The quiet zone and the movement studio in one space — it's exactly what my clients come for. Revenue covered the build in 14 months."
