The Commission Process
From Inquiry to Installation.
A disciplined four-stage process — from initial consultation through commissioning and handover.
Submit an inquiry. AUREUM reviews each request individually. We discuss your property, recovery goals, and site context. Not every inquiry proceeds to commission.
An AUREUM specialist reviews your property and site conditions. Foundation requirements, utility connections, and placement are evaluated. A detailed proposal is prepared.
Precision construction in our controlled facility. Venetian plaster, sauna integration, cold plunge coordination, electrical, and all finishes completed off-site. Factory quality control and pre-delivery inspection.
The completed pavilion is delivered and installed on a permanent foundation. Site preparation, utility connection, cold plunge placement, and final commissioning. Ready from day one.
AUREUM accepts a limited number of commissions each year. Each pavilion is fabricated to a single standard — no tiers, no options, no compromise.
