Methodology
Precision in
Every Detail.
Each AUREUM Recovery Pavilion is engineered through disciplined construction standards, site-specific coordination, and material precision. There are no options. There are no tiers. There is one product, built to one standard.
Site Evaluation
Every commission begins with a thorough evaluation of the installation site. The pavilion's placement, orientation, and connection to the property are determined before fabrication begins.
Evaluation Criteria
- Foundation requirements and soil conditions
- Utility connection points (electrical, water, drainage)
- Access route for delivery and crane placement
- Orientation for natural light and privacy
- Relationship to primary residence and landscape
Construction Standards
Every pavilion is fabricated to identical specifications in a controlled facility. Materials, finishes, and systems are not configurable — they are fixed to a single standard of quality.
Fixed Specification
- Single 40' Standard ISO container chassis
- Structural reinforcement for sauna and wet-area loads
- Warm cream Venetian plaster — hand-finished interior walls
- Polished concrete flooring with satin finish
- Integrated cedar sauna with precision millwork
- Concealed 3000K LED cove lighting throughout
- Full-height matte black steel framed glazing
- Exterior matte black steel finish — exposed chassis

The completed pavilion is delivered and installed as a permanent addition to the property. All site work, utility connections, and commissioning are included.
